How can I identify a Wave Pros employee when they arrive at my property?
Be on the lookout for our branded logos or professional dress-code. Currently, we opt to dress in jeans or better, with polos on top or appropriate winter gear as necessary.
Do you allow dogs to be present in the yard while cleaning?
Yes, we love dogs! However, for our safety, please keep any aggressive animals away while our technicians are servicing your yard. We prioritize safety, of our clients, pets, and techs.
Do you clean between site visits?
At Wave Pros, we take safety seriously! We sanitize our equipment between yards, avoiding cross-contamination.

Is my service refundable?
Once paid out to Wave Pros, services are non-refundable.
How will I be paying?
We use Stripe as our 3rd party payment collection system.

What areas do you service?
As of January 2026, we primarily service the city of Salisbury, Maryland, although you can be on the lookout for that to expand! We also automatically consider Fruitland, Delmar, Seaford, and other nearby towns, depending on our routing demands, time-budget, and cost considerations.
How will you be communicating with me regarding which days and times that you will be arriving?
We aim to arrive on the same day each week, whether weekly or biweekly.
While we may not always be able to do so, and we cannot promise to be able to arrive at certain times of day, we will contact you before arrival, so that you have a general ETA of our arrival!
Our primary means of contact is by SMS text messages. Please have your phone handy just in case we may need to contact you with an issue!
