Welcome to Wave Pros Pet Waste Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging our pet waste removal services ("Services"), you ("Client", "Customer", or "you") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
We provide pet waste removal from residential and commercial properties on a scheduled basis (weekly, biweekly, one-time cleanups, etc.). Additional services such as deodorizing, disinfecting, and backyard inspections may be offered.
Clients agree to allow safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service.
Gates must be unlocked and pets must be secured during the service window.
In general, our field technicians will expect to enter the yard through outdoor means. Please refrain from requiring in-home (garages are acceptable) access to the yards requiring cleanup.
Our field technicians' health and safety come first. If our techs feel unsafe due to any circumstance related to the state of a home, yard, animal, client, or associated individuals, we reserve the right to forgo service for that visit (e.g., week, bi-week, etc.). Service will resume on the next scheduled date per your usual contract.
If access is denied due to a locked gate, obstructed entry, or unsecured animal, we will attempt to notify you. Missed visits due to inaccessibility are still billable.
Service continues through most weather conditions; however, we retain the right to skip service days in the presence of intense rain. Such events are still billable.
We may pause operations in cases of hazardous conditions (e.g., heavy snow, extreme storms). Such events are still billable.
Missed visits due to weather will either be rescheduled or the next service will include extra waste removal at no extra cost.
We observe all federal holidays, and services may be rescheduled accordingly.
As a small business, there may occasionally be times when we need to miss a cleaning. This should be rare and handled with as much advance notice as possible. We appreciate your understanding—our team is made up of real people doing their best to serve you.
Waste will be double-bagged and disposed of in the customer’s trash receptacle.
We do not handle animal waste inside the home or waste other than animal feces.
You agree to:
Keep gates unlocked and pets secured on scheduled service days.
Maintain a reasonably clean and safe environment free of hazards.
Notify us of any hazards such as aggressive animals, broken fences, or chemicals on the lawn.
Notify us of any reasonable measures we ought to take to avoid destruction of your property that is unseen, un-obvious, or not reasonably assumed to be destructable.
Notify us of any reason that we are not able to access the cleaning area.
All pricing is based on service frequency, number of dogs, and yard size. Excessive time spent cleaning a location will also be considered.
Payment is due at the beginning of each service period unless otherwise arranged.
Late payments over 7 days will result in service suspension until the balance is paid.
We only accept payments through Stripe, our preferred billing partner.
Secure and recurring billing is handled directly through Stripe based on your chosen service plan.
Tips are welcome but never expected.
Clients may add a tip through Stripe at checkout or in person if they wish.
You may cancel service at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Prepaid services are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel service at any time for violations of this agreement or abusive conduct.
We take care in our work, but we are not liable for incidental damages to property (e.g., minor lawn disturbance, scratched gates).
We are not responsible for illness resulting from contact with pet waste between service visits.
Client agrees that service is not a substitute for proper veterinary or hygiene care for pets.
We respect your privacy. Any data you provide (name, address, phone number, payment method) is used solely to provide your service and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified via email or posted update on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updates.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and all other States of operation.
